I am a 30+ year resident of San Luis Obispo County having moved to SLO in 1991 to attend Cuesta College and ultimately Cal Poly. Aside from a one year stint in Indonesia, I’ve been here ever since, having lived in SLO, Arroyo Grande, Los Osos, Morro Bay, and Atascadero. I entered the real estate sector back in 2014 after an 18 year career in the surfing industry. I apprenticed as a residential real estate appraiser under multiple residential appraisers and one commercial appraiser in a well run north county office. At the end of my apprenticeship it was time for the founders of the business to consider retirement. This was an opportune time for me to head out on my own. It was at this time that I also pursued and acquired my real estate brokers license. Since then, I have remained busy helping buyers and sellers fulfill their real estate desires in addition to appraising thousands of residential properties for both lenders and private individuals across San Luis Obispo County. I currently live in Atascadero with my wife and our young son.
